Site Update

I have finally got round to a site update, which has been long overdue. The blogs have been re-shuffled, with new blogs coming in, and seemingly lapsed blogs being moved a little further down the pile. Hopefully the site now contains something for everyone, with elite, sub-elite, recreational and informative blogs available.

Just today I have added Dean Miller's blog, who is a genuine 2012 hopeful, and Egan's adventures, which features her travels to the worlds best altitude training venue's. Both are worth a read, however it is especially nice to see a female blogger added to the site. If you fancy being added to the site, or know anyone who currently blogs who we could add, then that would certainly help address the male/female balance (we are still looking for male bloggers as well though!). If you would like to be added to the site, have any feedback, or just fancy emailing me (!) then please do so at P_W_M_7@hotmail.com.

Cheers,

Welcome to Runners Blogs

Firstly, may we wish you a warm welcome to Runners Blogs. The site has been very much work in progress for a few weeks now, and we finally feel ready to go public!

The aim of Runners Blogs is to provide you with a central link to as many different running blogs as we can. So if you have a blog you would like to be added to the site, or you know of any blogs that you think are a good read, please drop us a comment or send us an email on the address at the bottom of the page!

The second purpose of Runners Blogs is try and provide you with an insight into the life of a sub-elite runner. We currently have 3 Host Athletes, who shall be updating their blogs regularly, and we hope to have a few more athletes on board in the near future. So watch this space....
